Justin Woolen: Filmmaker and Visual Storyteller

Hey there! I'm Justin Woolen, and my filmmaking journey began in 2016. It all started at the illustrious Tennessee State University, where I immersed myself in the world of visual storytelling. From shooting promo videos and music videos to capturing campus events, I honed my skills and developed my unique style.

After graduating, I delved deeper into the vibrant Nashville market, embracing the rich tapestry of opportunities the city had to offer. Working with renowned artists and local businesses, I had the privilege of collaborating with incredible talents and capturing their stories. From shooting with K Michelle and showcasing the delectable flavors of Prince's Hot Chicken to highlighting the vibrant culture at the Trap Museum, Yoco Nashville, and White Boots Shuttle, I've had the pleasure of working with diverse clients and capturing the essence of their unique ventures.

Throughout this journey, my goal has been to create visually captivating films that go beyond surface-level imagery. I believe in the power of storytelling to connect people, evoke emotions, and inspire change. Whether it's a promotional video, a music video, or documenting a special event, I pour my heart and soul into every frame, ensuring that the stories I tell are authentic and impactful.

In addition to my passion for filmmaking, I proudly serve as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army, where I embrace a commitment to duty, honor, and service. The values I've gained from my military experience have shaped me as a filmmaker, instilling discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
